Good and Bad about Dieting

Dieting when done without a proper guidance can adversely affect one’s health. It is highly advisable to consult a dietitian before starting any kind of diet, as wrong diet may lead to increase in fat and can even make your body weak!

Speaking about diets, Keto Diet is popular among the youth, but it should be noted that due to the less content of carbs in it, the Keto Diet may not be beneficial for your body.

Since Keto Diet burns fats instead of Glucose, it may make a person feel irritated and may also get severe headaches. The improper diet can also make the consumer feel weak. This may lead to changes and chemical imbalance in the blood too, so a professional advice is necessary.

Although, if you learn that the diet is perfect for you, then it would result into desirable weight changes. Many experts said that diet plays about 70 % role and 30 % is of it depends upon exercise.

Ingredients:

2 medium sized frozen ripe bananas.

1.5 tablespoon Peanut butter.

3/4 tablespoon Coco powder.

2 to 3 drops of Vanilla essence.

Some chopped mixed nuts.

Method:

Add frozen bananas, peanut butter, Coco powder and vanilla essence in a blender and blend it till it becomes smooth. Once the ingredients have mixed well, serve it on a plate and sprinkle the chopped nuts on top and dig in!
